Brush Creek Ranch offers a variety of distinct culinary experiences included in your stay, each uniquely inspired by the character of the Rocky Mountain region. From casual to sophisticated, dining on the Ranch ensures a unique, unusual and unforgettable event for any group in a variety of settings.

From cookouts along Brush Creek and “sundowner” cocktails atop the Ranch’s hilltop Falcon Peak viewing platform to formal sit-down dinners in the Trailhead Lodge and outdoor feasts at the Chuck Wagon, Rocky Mountain dining options are varied and fulfilling at Brush Creek Ranch.

Dining at the Ranch:

• The Trailhead Great Room is located in the Lodge and boasts 28-foot ceilings, including a huge open-hearth fireplace, culinary exhibition kitchen, dining and bar area with panoramic window views from the Snowy Range on the east to Bennett Peak and the expanse of Sierra Madre Range to the west. Guests also have access to our 800 bottle wine room.
• Our plush Corriente Private Dining Room seats up to 12 guests for private, executive meetings, gourmet dining, with convenient access to our outdoor patio and adjoining Cattle Barron’s library.
• The Chuck Wagon offers family-style feasts and buffets in a spectacular three-season log structure that features a full kitchen, barbeque and open fire pit for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• The Saloon calls for some old fashioned Western fun, complete with a swinging door, cozy fireplace, billiards, piano, jukebox, shuffleboard, 50-inch plasma TV and Karaoke, and is located adjacent to The Chuck Wagon.
• Special Venues are located throughout the Ranch for group dining in either intimate or extravagant Western settings. Indulge in inspired cuisine in inspiring settings in these especial venues.
