Brush Creek Ranch Chef Emily Meyer

We are delighted to elevate the experience in 2016 by welcoming highly talented culinary leaders to our Food & Beverage team.

Emily Meyer joins us as Executive Chef from the Vail Valley in Colorado.  Emily studied at the acclaimed Culinary Institute of America – Hyde Park, NY and then ‘learned the ropes’ at numerous resorts including Elway’s Steakhouse in Vail, where she was Executive Chef and most recently, Vail Cascade Resort where she served as Banquet Chef.
