Daniel Grunbeck joins us as Executive Chef after serving as BCR's Executive Sous Chef during the 2014/2015 season. His culinary talents were honed at notable restaurants like The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado, The Penninsula Grille in Charleston, South Carolina and The Ocean Room in Kiawah Island, South Carolina.
