Join us in the great American West for our classic kick off to the summer season as we welcome the team at Brush Creek Distillery for an exciting weekend of events. Celebrate together with family and friends with our collection of Wyoming outdoor adventures and fresh culinary experiences, while enjoying the opportunity to learn about the making of these boutique spirits crafted on the Ranch.

Friday, May 28 - Happy Hour “Meet & Greet”

Tap into the holiday weekend with a spirited cocktail and introduction to the team behind Brush Creek Distillery. Seize the opportunity to build on your spirits knowledge directly from our team of experts, who will also share their path and passion for the industry, and how their story brought them to Brush Creek Distillery. Together, you can share your adventures and learn more about the weekend’s events and spirit-infused culinary creations from the Farm at Brush Creek.

Rocky Mountain Dinner at the Trailhead Lodge

Reflecting the culinary heritage of the Rocky Mountain region the Trailhead Lodge’s dramatic timber great room boasts soaring 28-foot ceilings and expansive views of the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Snowy Range. Outfitted with a full bar, open-hearth fireplace, and exhibition kitchen you’ll enjoy an engaging chef-prepared dinner featuring Rocky Mountain style cuisine infused with fresh ingredients from our Farm at Brush Creek greenhouses, along with a spirited distillery menu offering.

Whiskey “Wind Down

Reminisce about your favorite dram, uncover more spirited stories and test the knowledge of our distillery team amongst newfound friends. This nightcap “Wind Down” provides the perfect opportunity to relax after a great day on the ranch and prepare for your next adventure.

Saturday, May 29 - “Grain to Glass” Distillery Experience

Take part in an immersive experience with the distillery team at the Farm at Brush Creek. Here you’ll be guided through the art of distilling with Philip Mundt, our Head Distiller, previously Distiller and Production Manager for Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey, North American’s largest single malt distillery.

Go in-depth about recipe development, grain selection, distilling techniques, blending, and the critical maturation process. Together we will explore the innovative practices and finishing considerations that Brush Creek Distillery uses to push distilling boundaries. Guests will sign finished barrels before the spirits are laid to rest in our on-site barrel house and are highly encouraged to revisit the distillery, sample those barrels, and weigh in on their maturation in the years ahead. Enjoy an interactive tasting seminar before testing your own blending skills and perhaps create your very own personalized whiskey blend to be shared with friends and family as part of Brush Creek Distillery’s “Blending & Aging” program.

Elevated Spirits Tasting

Our Elevated Whiskey Tasting allows you to experience some of our limited, yet-to-be-released, and distillery-only products from the warmth and ambience of our Stave Room at The Farm. Andrew Wason, Brush Creek Distillery’s Managing Director, and Philip Mundy, Head Distiller, will guide you through the product development process, along with a unique tasting and sensory experience using these coveted spirits “Beneath the Farm.” During this event you will also officially toast to the release of Brush Creek Distillery’s first cask-finished bourbon collaboration with a highly decorated Napa Valley winery.

Spirits-Infused Paired Dinner Celebration - SOLD OUT

Join the Brush Creek Distillery team and Farm partners in a culinary celebration at The Farm at Brush Creek. Chefs from the Cheyenne Club will masterfully infuse the distillery’s spirits into multiple courses. Savor the creations produced by the distillery’s collaboration partners and taste suggested wine and spirits pairings throughout the event. The spirits-infused dinner will further spotlight the distillery’s unique ranch setting and the amazing talents and inspiration that surround the program at Brush Creek throughout the year.

Sunday, May 30 - “True Spirit” Barrel Thieving & Sensory Tasting Experience

Wild West mischief, thieving and storytelling play out as we take the path less traveled and venture into Brush Creek Distillery’s remote on-site Barrel Barn. This experience pulls the curtains back and explores Wyoming’s unique whiskey maturation process. Thieve bourbon & rye straight from the barrels with our Head Distiller, Philip Mundt and the distillery team.

Brush Creek Distillery, located on The Farm at Brush Creek, in Saratoga, Wyoming started distilling operations in 2019. The distillery was established to create and develop award-winning craft spirits, foster sustainability and promote innovation with our Farm partners. The distillery and its products reflect a dedication to hard work, respect for the land and a sincere passion to showcase the True Spirit of the American West. Carefully blended by our head distiller to achieve a well-rounded flavor and brilliant finish, our line of Wyoming bourbon, rye, gin, and vodka are perfect for any occasion.

Head Distiller Philip Mundt leads all operations at Brush Creek Distillery including recipe development, mashing, distilling, barreling, packaging and education among his team and Ranch guests.

As Managing Director of Wild West Spirits, Andrew Wason develops and runs Brush Creek Distillery’s craft spirits program and introduces its products to markets across the country.
