Guests will sign finished barrels before the spirits are laid to rest in our on-site barrel house and are highly encouraged to revisit the distillery, sample those barrels, and weigh in on their maturation in the years ahead. Enjoy an interactive tasting seminar before testing your own blending skills and perhaps create your very own personalized whiskey blend to be shared with friends and family as part of Brush Creek Distillery’s “Blending & Aging” program.
