Our evening winemaker reception features Spanish Icons, from prestigious reds to delicious whites from legacy family winegrowers. The CAVA will also be flowing, along with paired hors’ oeuvres created by Chef Jennifer Jasinski at The Farm.

Friday, June 18 – A Century of Spanish Wine Making in A Glass – 1:30-3:30pm
Discover lost methods and vineyard heritage tasting the wines and styles of the talented winemaker Alberto Orte. Tap into your inner ‘wine geek’ at this intimate and educational experience at The Farm and delight in tasting his compelling and ambitious wines from the Iberian Peninsula, including limited-production wines from Jerez, Rioja, Valdeorras and Yecla, Spain.

Our classic rocky mountain cookout at Brush Creek Ranch takes on a vibrant Iberian twist for our Summer Solstice Creekside celebration. Our culinary team along with Chef Jennifer Jasinski and Olé & Obrigado pair up for the ultimate ‘al fresco’ campfire style dining adventure, including a focus on fresh seafood and more. Enjoy food-friendly wines from two of Portugal's wine industry leaders and even a special treat of library wine from the 1990s!

Prepare for a thrilling evening featuring a 7-course paired tasting dinner highlighting boutique and sought-after vintages from Portugal and Spain that will take you across four centuries of wine history, showcasing wines you cannot find anywhere else! A pre-reception warms up this rare evening featuring Chef Jennifer Jasinski, priceless gems from Olé & Obrigado and our culinary chefs at The Farm.

Chef Jennifer Jasinski’s love of cooking began at an early age and eventually lead her to be mentored and inspired by famed Chef Wolfgang Puck. Her passion in the kitchen expanded to opening several award-winning restaurants in the Denver, Colorado region – Rioja, Bistro Vendôme, Euclid Hall, Stoic & Genuine, Ultrepia. Jasinski has received numerous accolades over the years including Chef of the Year, Best New Chef and James Beard Foundation Best Chef Southwest. She was a finalist on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters Season 5 and her restaurant company Crafted Concepts joins some of the nation’s best operators in the Outstanding Restaurateur category.
