Chef Angus, Chef Ulfet and Chef Nathan will collaborate to create an unparalleled culinary excursion set to pair with Colgin Cellars vintages. Master Sommelier Paul Roberts will lead a tasting that explores old world wine vs new world wine. Price $350 for Non-Magee Guests.

Paul is the Chief Operating Officer for Colgin Cellars, a luxury wine estate that has been heralded internationally as one of the crown jewels of the Napa Valley. From a seventh generation Texas family, he began his career as a sommelier at Houston’s esteemed Café Annie, ranked by Gourmet Magazine as one of the top 20 restaurants in the United States.
