Every single category of wine from every single portion of the world. Brush Creek Cellar is committed one of the finest wine lists in the world representing every wine producing country in existence. Celebrating the past while looking to the future, you’re invited on a journey around the world without ever having to leave the comfort of The Farm.
Touring Brush Creek Cellar's impressive collection, our Lead Sommelier will lead you in an educational session where you’ll learn about different varietals, regions, and vintages, all while snacking on our fresh cheeses crafted from Medicine Bow Creamery. With the guidance of our Sommelier, you’ll even have the opportunity to pick out your wine of choice for dinner at Cheyenne Club.
The climate controlled White Family Reserve room has a 1022 bottle capacity and holds an extensive collection of wines that have been awarded a "perfect" 100 point score by either Robert Parker of the Wine Advocate, James Suckling of the Wine Spectator, or both.
While heavy in 100-point Bordeaux, many of which are first growths, the White Family Reserve room also features wines from South America, California, Washington and Champagne. Custom cabinetry highlights an extensive vintage Port collection and rare Magnums of wine generally not seen outside of the winery.
Guests in groups of up to 12 are encouraged to select a bottle from the collection at which time the sommelier will carefully decant and pour utilizing Zalto glassware, which highlights every nuance found within these rarities.
