Our fitness center features cardio equipment with built-in entertainment systems, free weights, a multi-station strength training circuit, and stretching area. Locker rooms equipped with private showers and toiletries are adjacent to our gym.

From hay smoked carrots to herb marinated wild halibut, our daily rotating menus are artfully crafted with you in mind. Each plate set before you is drawn from Western inspiration by our world-class culinary team, and can be fine-tuned to meet any dietary need or restriction.

Chef de Cuisine AJ Buchanio leads the culinary team at the Magee Homestead. His team created an entirely new menu for the 2019 season, with an emphasis on fresh, organic and responsibly sourced ingredients, featuring Ranch-raised Wagyu beef and on-site greenhouse.

Our 20,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility produces over 100 different items, including greens like spinach and kale, and vegetables such as squash, zucchini, radish, eggplant, tomatoes, and even a selection of exotic fruit.

American Wagyu

Keeping in step with our goals of sustainability and continually enhancing the quality of our guests’ experience, we decided to pursue a type of cattle that best reflected our rich heritage. We also wanted to ensure whichever premium brand beef we raised would be consistent with Brush Creek Ranch’s agricultural land-use objectives. Our research inevitably led us to the Japanese "Wagyu". For over one hundred years, this cattle was known as the "Emperor’s Breed" and was only available in Japan. Fortunately, in due time, the Brush Creek Ranch Luxury Collection became one of three locations in the world that is licensed to raise such rare cattle.
