Meet The Chef

Executive Chef Jack Mahoney

Finding his culinary passion early in life, Chef Mahoney was inspired during mealtime with his family growing up in St. Louis, Missouri. Great food and company make memories that last a lifetime, and moments he knew he wanted to help create for others. Beginning his career working in restaurants at the age of 16, Chef Mahoney built a foundation of knowledge and skills that lead to over 14 years of experience in positions as chef de partie, sous chef, and executive sous chef. In 2022, he accepted the position of Executive Chef at Magee Homestead where he currently oversees the culinary experiences and dining outlets.


Utilizing fresh ingredients from The Farm at Brush Creek, Magee Homestead’s culinary team crafts vibrant flavors to tantalize your tastes. Savor fruits and vegetables plucked straight from the vine in our 20,000-square-foot greenhouse or indulge in a beautifully marbled cut of ranch-raised American Wagyu beef.
