Three days, four cabernets, one exceptional wine, and an overall unforgettable experience. Established in 1995, Lokoya is a collection of Cabernet Sauvignon from four of Napa Valley’s most celebrated mountain appellations. The deep understanding of the vineyard trajectory in each vintage comes from Winemaker Christopher Carpenter’s years of expertise. With profound tannin structure and concentration of flavor, Lokoya wines are meant to lay down and mature for 30 years or more. Friday, November 29 – Cheese & Wine Tasting Experience with Lokoya

1:30 PM at The Farm’s Wine Cellar & Creamery

Join our expert sommelier team and Bradley Wasserman in the Brush Creek Cellar one of the top 10 largest wine collections in the world. Tour the Cellar and the onsite goat Creamery before indulging in a decadent cheese and wine tasting experience.

Saturday, November 30 – 5-Course Wine Pairing Dinner

6:00 PM at The Farm

Prepare for five decadent courses from the hands of our culinary team paired with Lokoya varietals personally selected by Bradley Wasserman. Enjoy each tasteful bite sourced from The Farm at Brush Creek, as Bradley guides you through the flavor profile of each glass.

Meet Bradley Wasserman

As the Estate Director, Bradley oversees the on-site experiences and exceptional hospitality created by the Lokoya and Cardinale estate teams in Napa Valley. Bradley found his passion ignited with wine bringing together his love of history, travel, and fine dining. After graduating from Northeastern Illinois University, he became a sommelier in downtown Chicago, cementing hospitality as his calling and wine as his muse.

In 2007, Bradley moved to Napa for a life-changing opportunity managing the Michelin-starred restaurant at Auberge du Soleil. After five years with Auberge Resorts, he shifted gears and accepted a position with the tasting room at Cardinale, soon progressing to the role of manager. He was honored in 2016 to take on responsibility for opening the beautiful new Lokoya Estate on Spring Mountain, the brand’s first exclusive home. Working daily with Christopher Carpenter’s mountain-grown wines has provided endless inspiration over the past 11 years. Today, as Director of the Lokoya and Cardinale Estates, Bradley sees his work as akin to orchestrating an elegant dinner party, welcoming friends for a memorable, adventurous, and fun experience.
