The Farm at Brush Creek powers each and every dining experience for all guests. Whether you’re savoring exclusive cuts of magnificently marbled 100% American Wagyu in one of our upscale venues or sampling Medicine Bow Creamery cheeses made from our own goat herd and aged in Brush Creek Distillery barrels, you’ll discover the holistic approach to our epicurean offerings. Our goal is to give our guests access to the freshest food and beverage program possible. With a 20,000 square-foot indoor greenhouse, we’re able to plant and harvest with precision, calculating the time needed to achieve peak flavor and then quickly transfer them to the hands of our chefs for your delectable meals.
