The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch welcomes executive incentive groups of varying sizes, with exclusive buyout opportunities and customized experiences for groups up to 150 guests. Our more intimate property, Magee Homestead, can accommodation groups of up to 27.
What is included in the all-inclusive pricing?
The Ranch’s all-inclusive pricing includes luxury accommodations, two activities daily from afternoon on arrival day to sunrise experiences on departure day, three meals daily from lunch on arrival day to breakfast on departure day, select beer, wine, and spirits, and custom event planning services.
What activities are available for incentive groups?
All-inclusive activities include horseback riding, mountain biking, gun range, archery, ropes course, paintball, yoga, and more. Upgraded experiences include scenic river floats, cattle drives, rodeos, culinary and spirits classes, spa treatments, and more. The winter season offers a private ski mountain, snowmobiling, ice fishing, ice skating, snowshoeing, Saratoga Hot Springs, and more.

The Ranch is accessible via regional airports and private aviation, with transportation coordination available to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
Saratoga Jet Center (SAA – Private Air) is 20 minutes from the Ranch with complimentary ground transportation provided.
Laramie Regional Airport (LAR) is 1 hour from the Ranch in the summer via Snowy Mountain Range Pass and 1.5-2 hours in the winter. Rental cars are available or ground transportation provide for a fee.
Denver International Airport (DEN) is 3.5 hours from the Ranch in the summer via Snowy Mountain Range Pass and 4 hours in the winter. Rental cars or Private Shuttle Services can be recommended.
