Meet Yellowstone's Chance Gilliland

A seasoned horse wrangler and actor with a passion for the Wild West, Chance has roots deeply embedded in the rugged landscapes of Wyoming.

Chance began his journey as a horse wrangler at Brush Creek Ranch in 2020, crafting unforgettable experiences for guests. It was here that he and his love for the western lifestyle were first discovered in 2021! He has since worked on sets of iconic productions like Yellowstone as a principal actor, 1883 as background, and 1923 as a special ability rider.

Now, Chance is honored to be a part of Kevin Costner’s upcoming project, Horizon, continuing to bring the spirit of the Old West to life on screen. Returning to Brush Creek Ranch for Memorial Day weekend feels like coming home, where every trail tells a story, and every ride ignites a sense of adventure. Join Chance accompanied by his steadfast companion and horse, Toby, as they revisit their roots at Brush Creek Ranch. Enjoy a horseback ride or glass of whiskey with Chance to hear stories of his life on set with Hollywood stars and share tales of the untamed West amidst the beauty of the Ranch.
