Meet President & CEO Beth Novak
Beth Novak joined her mother at Spottswoode Estate Vineyard & Winery in 1987, becoming the first second-generation family member to lead the historic Napa Valley estate. Over nearly four decades, she has helped establish Spottswoode as one of the region’s most respected wineries, championing organic farming, sustainability, and community leadership. Beth oversaw key milestones, including the estate’s organic certification in 1992, construction of the winery in 1999, and restoration of Spring Creek. A former president of Napa Valley Vintners and advocate for environmental causes, Beth continues her family’s legacy as a steward of the land and producer of elegant, balanced wines.
