The Farm at Brush Creek | One of the World's Best Luxury Ranches

The latest addition to Saratoga, Wyoming’s Brush Creek Ranch, one of the world’s best luxury ranches, will be an ultra-luxurious project featuring a world-class seed-to-table immersive culinary experience. The Farm at Brush Creek, a 40,000-square-foot project is on schedule to be ready for guests by June 15, 2019.

A highlight of The Farm at Brush Creek experience will be a yet-to-be-named seed-to-table restaurant with a renowned chef, plus a brewery and distillery. In addition, there will be a fully functioning creamery where guests can make and dine on their own cheese.

Situated amidst the picturesque high mountain desert and among Brush Creek’s exclusive full-service amenities, this culinary destination will also feature a spectacular Event Barn for weddings, concerts and special events.

Beneath The Farm, guests will experience a world-class wine cellar measuring the length of a football field, which will ultimately hold up to more than 100,000 bottles of selectively sourced wine from all over the world. Tucked in the cellar will be the Founders Vault, a hidden bar featuring more than 150 high-end spirits.

DeJulio Construction, based in Silverthorne, Colorado, began the project on July 5, 2018, and will work through the Wyoming winter to finish by June, said Michael Williams, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Brush Creek Ranch.

Brush Creek Ranch – owned by Bruce and Beth White and managed by Merrillville, Indiana-based White Lodging – has been recognized as the top resort in the United States from 2014 to 2017 by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine’s Readers’ Choice Awards in addition to numerous other accolades – already features the Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch, Magee Homestead and French Creek Sportsmen’s Club.

“People come to Brush Creek Ranch for the experiences; from world-renowned fly fishing to archery and shooting sports, as well as horseback riding and hiking in the most beautiful landscape you can imagine,” Williams said. “The Farm will be another element of our experiential offerings where couples and families can immerse themselves in a luxurious culinary experience that is second to none, unique and highly sought after.”

Among the numerous luxury components at The Farm are:

  • A soon-to-be-named restaurant that will feature a seed-to-table menu and exclusive Ranch-raised Wagyu beef. All organic produce will be farmed on site in a series of modern greenhouses that grow yields all year long.
  • The Brush Creek Event Barn with capacity up to 250 guests for weddings, receptions and other meetings that features views of Medicine Bow, Kennaday and Bennett Peaks.
  • The Brush Creek Distillery with on-site production and bottling of vodka, moonshine, gin and rye, plus tastings, sittings and tours for guests.
  • The Brush Creek Brewery with its own varieties of craft beers and seasonals and opportunities for guests to work alongside master brewers.
  • The Brush Creek Cellar with a 100-yard-long tunnel beneath The Farm that can hold more than 100,000 bottles of wine with an intent of becoming one of the top wine cellars in the country.
  • The Founders Vault with extremely rare, high-end, small batch bourbon, whiskeys and spirits and an expert mixologist able to craft high-end cocktails.
  • The Medicine Bow Creamery with its own herd of goats on site and cheesemaking classes for all ages will age its own variety of cheeses.

“Guests will be able to come here for a week and not be able to experience everything Brush Creek has to offer,” said Williams. “Memories will be made every day you’re at the ranch.”

Brush Creek History

Brush Creek Ranch started in 2010 with five employees, including Williams. He said the addition of The Farm will boost the employee count to close to 300.

Williams, who splits his time between the ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming, and Valparaiso, Indiana, has opened 44 hotels in his White Lodging career, but said he’s never worked on a project quite like Brush Creek Ranch.

“We developed our own playbook for the Ranch; it’s one of a kind,” Williams said. “The most exciting aspect of this project is that we are blazing new trails within the hospitality industry. When I drive around the Ranch and look at how far we’ve come it takes my breath away. It’s exciting to see it continuing to grow and making an unforgettable impact on both guests and staff.”

“I am very proud of our staff and the effort they put forth every day to make each guest experience the best it can be.”
