Wine Cellar

Inside One of the World’s Largest Wine Collections: Cellaring & Curation

The journey begins at The Farm at Brush Creek, a destination rooted in culinary curiosity and craftsmanship. Here, innovation and tradition converge, from a state‑of‑the‑art greenhouse and Wyoming’s only Grade‑A goat creamery to an award‑winning distillery and a wine collection recognized by Wine Spectator.

Beneath The Farm, a 94‑yard underground tunnel leads to four meticulously maintained wine cellars housing more than 30,000 bottles. The Main Cellar showcases roughly 19,000 selections from across the globe, while the Founder’s Cellar highlights impressive large‑format bottles. The Original Wooden Case Cellar preserves wines in their original packaging from iconic châteaux and domaines, and the Legacy Cellar safeguards rare, highly allocated treasures, from a 1978 Domaine Leroy Meursault to a 1934 Niepoort Colheita Vintage Port. Each cellar is precisely climate‑controlled and expertly monitored to ensure optimal conditions at all times.

Beyond The Farm, the collection extends throughout the ranch, thoughtfully curated across each setting. The Lodge & Spa offers pairings ideal for Rocky Mountain cuisine and relaxed evenings by the Saloon. French Creek highlights wines that complement game and ranch‑raised wagyu, while Magee Homestead’s exploratory menus call for a globally inspired list. These intimate cellars receive the same attentive care as those beneath The Farm.

Guided by guest preferences, industry trends, and evolving vintages, the collection is constantly refined and replenished. Wine, after all, is never static, and maintaining a cellar of this caliber means honoring the past while always looking ahead to what’s next.
