Akaushi is an ultra-rare offshoot of the popular Kobe variety of beef. Brush Creek Ranch is one of three locations in the world licensed to raise Akaushi cattle. This exclusive meat is used in a multitude of ways, allowing you to indulge in creations unavailable anywhere else in the world.
Our new 6,480 square-foot greenhouse allows the entire property to utilize as many ingredients as possible. This state-of-the-art facility produces over 100 different fruits and vegetables, including greens like spinach and kale, squash, zucchini, radish, eggplant, tomatoes, and even the occasional exotic fruit.
