Learn about our three greenhouses scaling over 20,000 square feet total, our hydroponics gardening systems, and different types of environments for a variety of crops. Our expert teams will guide you through seeding, planting, pruning, and more before transferring produce into the hands of chefs and mixologists–you for the weekend! Learn about harvesting vegetables, fruits, and herbs for peak flavor before rolling up your sleeves to work with the fresh, off-the-vine ingredients to craft the ideal cuisine and cocktails.
Greenhouse Immersion
- Dive into the inner workings of sustainable hydroponics gardening and seeding, including the computer system for efficient plant nutrient delivery, optimal growing conditions, and water conservation.
- Begin your Greenhouse immersion with the Lettuce and Strawberry systems–learning about heating, cooling, mist systems, and more importantly, tasting as we go.
- Discuss root and vine vegetable culture, bees, herbs, and edible flowers.
Wagyu Grilling Class
