Our expansion of the Brush Creek Ranch Luxury Collection through this momentous building project is now complete. We’re excited to cultivate the beauty and the legacy of The Farm with each passing day.
Guests of The Ranch are invited to be both patron and participant at Brush Creek Brewery, where we proudly brew and bottle our own craft beers, flavored with locally-sourced ingredients. While touring the facility, guests can select their favorite beverage and even work directly with our master brewer for an educational, in-depth look at the brewing process!
We’re proud to introduce the new Executive Chef of The Farm at Brush Creek, Angus McIntosh. He has spent his entire life passionately pursuing the culinary arts and seeks to put the freshest Ranch-sourced cuisine on full display at The Cheyenne Club. Guests will experience true seed-to-table dining by getting an exclusive look into the Farm’s sustainable approach. With extremely rare Wagyu Beef, freshly picked ingredients from our farm and thousands of exclusively selected wines from around the globe, guests of The Farm can count on a genuine one-of-a-kind dining experience.
The Saddle Barn is a unique venue set before a beautiful sage field, providing guests with panoramic views of the breathtaking mountainous Wyoming countryside. This picturesque venue is built with reclaimed barnwood, which adds to its authentic nature and reflects one of the many timeless barns dotting the western landscape. A truly unmatched destination set in the heart of the American West, The Saddle Barn is equipped to host any wedding, corporate meeting, general session, or incentive trip for up to 250 guests.
20,000 Square Feet
The Greenhouse at Brush Creek Ranch
To ensure The Farm has the freshest ingredients available, our Greenhouse scales in at 20,000 sq. ft., and produces 100,000 lbs. of fresh food and vegetables at Brush Creek Ranch. Whether picked off the vine or out of raised beds, the produce and botanicals, watered by a hydroponic system in The Greenhouse, supply the entire facility. Overseen by our Greenhouse Director Serge Boon, guests have the opportunity to discover everything from tours and educational sessions to afternoon picnics inside the grounds. In 2019, The Greenhouse will offer guests the opportunity to pick fresh ingredients alongside Chef Angus McIntosh.
Keeping in step with our goals of sustainability and continually enhancing the quality of our guests’ experience, we decided to pursue a type of cattle that best reflected our rich heritage. We also wanted to ensure whichever premium brand beef we raised would be consistent with Brush Creek Ranch’s agricultural land-use objectives. Our research inevitably led us to the Japanese "Wagyu". For over one hundred years, this cattle was known as the "Emperor’s Breed" and was only available in Japan. Fortunately, in due time, the Brush Creek Ranch Luxury Collection became one of three locations in the world that is licensed to raise such rare cattle.
