The Greenhouse at Brush Creek Ranch
To ensure The Farm has the freshest ingredients available, our Greenhouse scales in at 20,000 sq. ft., and produces 100,000 lbs. of Certified Organic food and vegetables - enough for the entire Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection. Whether picked off the vine or out of raised beds, the produce and botanicals, are all overseen by our Greenhouse Director, Serge Boon, a third generation greenhouse expert. The Greenhouse is all watered through a hydroponic system, which conserves precious water resources. Guests have the opportunity to discover everything from tours and educational sessions to afternoon picnics inside the grounds.
American Wagyu Beef
Supporting our efforts to educate, enhance and enjoy, we raise our own cattle that reflects our centuries-long heritage as a working cattle ranch. Our 100% American Wagyu is created by cross-breeding purebred Wagyu cattle from distinguished Japanese bloodlines with high-quality continental breeds of cattle. Brush Creek's American Wagyu is served across the Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection and is known for its intense marbling and high percentage of unsaturated fat, which gives this delicacy a melt-in-your mouth buttery texture, subtle sweetness and lasting finish.
