Chef de Cuisine AJ Buchanio leads the culinary team at the Magee Homestead, passionately crafting world class cuisine for our guests for every meal. Utilizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients from our onsite Greenhouse, Chef Buchanio and his team create an authentic and thoughtful taste for every dining experience. By employing a farm-to-table method, we are able to provide our guests meals with unparalleled quality and taste.

Each menu is meticulously constructed with the guests’ experience in mind.The changing of the seasons breathes new life into Chef Buchanio’s menus with ingredients specific to the time of year. Using rare and quality ingredients, the team crafts incredible meals such as Braised Akaushi Shortrib and Citrus Cured Salmon. The Farm at Brush Creek is now available to our guests to enjoy! See the inner workings of our bakery, creamery, brewery, distillery, and Wagyu beef raised right on site, The Farm is fully equipped to be self reliant. This provides our guests with an authentic and educational farm-to-table experience where each and every step of the process can be witnessed.

Magee guests have the opportunity to dine at the Cheyenne Club located at The Farm. Masterfully curated by Executive Chef Angus McIntosh, and his elite team of chefs, they meticulously seek to supply immersive and interactive culinary adventures for our guests. Each ingredient is grown on site, with the express purpose of supplying our guests with the highest quality meals possible.
