New Chef Announcement
A warm welcome to Ricky Biswas–our new Executive Chef who joins us to further elevate the Ranch’s renowned farm-to-table cuisine! Thriving in tranquil environments, Chef Biswas excels in fostering his team’s growth while passionately crafting cuisine de terrior. He will lead culinary functions across our three luxury properties – Lodge & Spa, Magee Homestead, and French Creek – in addition to The Farm at Brush Creek which is home to the award-winning, fine-dining restaurant, Cheyenne Club. Chef Biswas comes to the Ranch with more than a decade of culinary experience garnered at top-rated resorts and Michelin-star establishments worldwide, as well as being a finalist for the San Pellegrino Young Chef of the World USA 2022-23.

Partake in two nights of unforgettable culinary artistry at the first-ever James Beard event – hosted by our new Executive Chef Ricky Biswas! Joining him will be Executive Pastry Chef Keisha Sanderson, along with award-winning guest chefs Dennis Efthymiou and Rachel Bindel! You’ll have the opportunity to taste unique dishes made with the finest ingredients sourced from our 20,000 sq. ft. greenhouse, onsite goat creamery, and our highly sought-after 100% American Wagyu beef. Prepared by our exceptional culinary talent and paired with Brush Creek Distillery spirits and selections of top wines in the world, this promises to be an unforgettable epicurean experience.
