Event Summary

A much-anticipated weekend for both Brush Creek Ranch and our guests. We’re honored to host Todd Anderson of Ghost Horse Winery. The event begins Thursday night with a casual meet and greet as guests arrive and settle into their accommodations. Friday morning and early afternoon, there will be ample time to explore the property and participate in a myriad of outdoor activities. join a seated tasting and hear an entertaining introduction from Todd Anderson later that evening. He’ll share his personal story of how Ghost Horse and Anderson’s Conn Valley came to be one of the most revered wines in Napa Valley. Afterwards, a tour of the cellar will commence, and guests will taste a few vintages while viewing Brush Creek Cellar’s extensive selection of Ghost Horse Wines. Once the tour is finished, there will be a seated dinner, featuring the menu creations of Chef Angus, which will be expertly paired with Ghost Horse wines. Dessert and cigars under the stars is also to be expected. Saturday will provide even more time for new experiences and relaxation. Later in the evening, a second dinner will take place, focusing on library vintages and old world vs new world wine pairings, whereby Ghost Horse and Anderson’s Conn Valley will be featured.

Much of what we taste in wine is what we feel, and eliciting a powerful response in our wine culture is viticultural iconoclast, Todd Anderson. Marching to the beat of his own drum, his wines are textured with an incredibly rich, full mouth-feel. His reds are seductive, and his whites are acid driven.
